Home care can benefit individuals of all ages who need extra support to live safely and comfortably at home. This includes seniors, individuals with chronic conditions, those recovering from illness or surgery, and adults with disabilities who may need assistance with daily activities or supervision. We currently serve clients 18 years of age or older.
Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. All caregivers and nurse navigators are carefully screened through several rounds of interviewing with out Talent Acquisition team and leadership. They must also conduct background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks.
All staff are required to complete comprehensive training—including both video-based and in-person sessions—and must successfully pass competency evaluations before being cleared to provide care.
We also provide additional trainings and certifications to our dementia certified caregivers.
Getting started is simple. It begins with scheduling a personalized in-home assessment with one of our Nurse Care Navigators to help us understand your needs. Most non-medical home care services are not covered by traditional health insurance or Medicare and are typically paid for privately. However, some long-term care insurance policies may provide coverage for home care services, depending on the plan.
We are currently a private pay provider, but we’re happy to work with families who have long-term care insurance by providing the documentation needed for reimbursement.
